Description of the invention
It is an object of the invention a trailer and axle platform
self-propelled electric for heavy road transportwhich, being connected to the electronic control unit of the unittractor unit, comprises a pair of electric motors in at leastan axle of the wheels of said trailer and platform. Theengines are associated one to each wheel and, convenientlydimensioned, they are embedded in the shaft, but not housed in theirtunneled interior. As can be seen in the attached figures, thedevice of the invention is a platform (100) or chassisintended to support the trailer itself. The platform (100) incorporates at least one drive shaft (1) ofpreferably tubular configuration, in which they fitwheels (101,101 ’) of the type conventionally used inthe heavy transport trailers and platforms (100) inhighway.
In a preferred embodiment, at least one of the driving axles(1,1 ’) includes, embedded in this drive shaft (1), twoelectric motors (2,2 ’) that act individually on thewheels (101,101 ’), an electric motor for each wheel. Theelectric motors (2,2 ’) are connected to their respective

The electric motors (2,2 ’) transmit their turning movement tothrough the drive shaft (1) to a plate or disc (5.5 ’) which, at itsonce, it is associated by studs (6.6 ’) to the setformed by tires and wheels (101,101 ’). In addition, theelectric motors (2,2 ’) are powered by at least onebattery (4), preferably lithium or similar and that remainsarranged on the floor of the platform (100). These batteries, toin turn, they are recharged by means of solar panels (7)placed on the trailer itself.
Based on the above, it should be noted that the incorporation of
electric motors (2,2 ’) to the axles of a trailer and platform
